The Stratcor Standard

Not a certification. A commitment we live by.

The Stratcor Standard is the sourcing philosophy that guides every producer relationship and every shipment. It is how we decide who to work with, how we decide what to accept, and how we hold ourselves accountable.

“Cleaner food starts with cleaner sourcing. That is what the Stratcor Standard exists to make possible — a floor of practices we hold ourselves and our suppliers to, and raise every year.”

01

Transparency

We share what we know. Where a product came from, who produced it, what its history is. Buyers should not have to trust a shipment blindly.

02

Traceability

Every lot has a story. We map that story — producer, region, season — so the journey from field to customer is documented, not assumed.

03

Responsible Production

We favor producers who are actively improving their practices — soil, water, inputs, working conditions. Not perfection. Progress.

04

Supplier Qualification

New suppliers earn their place. We visit, sample, verify, and only then start moving volume. The relationship grows as trust does.

05

Quality Expectations

Quality is defined up front, in writing, and verified before shipment. Consistency matters more than volume in every lot we sell.

06

Long-Term Partnerships

We do not chase the spot price. We plan seasons ahead with our producers so both sides can invest with confidence.

07

Continuous Improvement

The standard is a floor, not a ceiling. Every year we expect more of ourselves, of our suppliers, and of what we deliver.

The best way to understand how we source is to talk about what you're buying. We'd rather earn your trust than describe it.
